Grilled Tandoori Chicken || pretty simple recipe adding some fresh lemon, onion, garlic and ginger to the yogurt followed by some spices (cumin & coriander) including a homemade garam masala and some ceyenne pepper and hot and smoky paprika to add some heat and to give it the traditional red colouring.
Tandoori Chicken~ Loved it and it was super easy but I forgot the salt. Ooops. I baked it according to directions,next time I'll do 13 minutes and broil 5 minutes. Also served with cumin rice~ cumin 2 cups rice, cilantro. Maybe add lime next time?
