Restaurant-Style Tandoori Chicken In The Oven! Recipe
It didn't come out this red for me, but color aside this Tandoori Chicken (in the oven!) was just like the real thing! Serve with a side of naan and the mango lassi above and the only thing you'll be missing is the Indian music.
Tandoori Fish Kebabs 1 lb salmon belly, cut into bite size pieces (I have found salmon belly to work best for this recipe) 1/2 cup all purpose flour, with a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder mixed in 2 teaspoons tandoori masala (I prefer Rajah brand) 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper Salt to taste 2 teaspoons garlic paste 2 teaspoons ginger paste Juice of 1 lime cooking oil Sliced onion and chopped cilantro for garnishing 4-5 lettuce leaves for serving (optional)
