Taro Pancakes- I've been craving the idea of a taro pancake that is light and fluffy and I came up with this adaptation of various recipes. I think these came out quite well and they taste even better with coconut syrup.
Taro is rich in nutrients including protein, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, iron, carotene, vitamins B & C, saponin constituents & minerals. Its fluorine content is very high which can play an important role in teeth protection. Taro has a mucus protein that can improve the body’s resistance to cancer cells. Its alkaline which can neutralize the build up of acid. Japanese taro has a higher concentration of HA, an essential component in cell regeneration. #dherbs
