Chez Panisse 40th Anniversary recipe share: Plum Galette. Oh Gosh, how gorgeous is this? The recipe is remarkably easy (typical of great food - let the flavors speak for themselves). If you don't have six hundred dollars and can't get a reservation at the number one restaurant in the US - it is great to have their recipe!!!
