Genuine Texas Steak Rub: 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon white sugar 1/4 teaspoon paprika Mix ingredients together stir well. Rub spice mixture on each side of steak at least 30 minutes before grilling. Can also be used on chicken, pork and hamburgers.
