This less than 30 MINUTE Thai Red Curry Chicken tastes straight out of a restaurant! Its wonderfully thick and creamy, bursting with flavor, so easy and all in one pot! Definitely a new fav at our house!
Thai Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango. This dessert is my favorite way to end a meal at a Thai house restaurant, and it's so easy to recreate at home whenever you get the craving. I cooked my sticky (sushi) rice in coconut milk and added sugar to my liking and a dash salt. I arranged the rice and ripe mango slices in my dessert bowls, and topped it off with toasted coconut flakes. The warm rice goes beautifully with the cool, juicy mango.
