In the CW's new series, "The Flash," Grant Gustin portrays Barry Allen, The Flash. Barry's mother was murdered when he was a child and his father was charged with the crime. Barry confronts the Man in the Yellow, the real culprit of his mother's murder. Barry was not fast enough to bring him to justice. Even with his super speed, Barry cannot outrun the guilty he feels for letting his father down. This scene portrays Barry as a failure as a hero, but more importantly a failure as a son.
