THM-fuel Pull  I low carb tortilla (7g net carbs) 1 wedge light sundried tomato laughing cow 2 slices flat dill sandwich stacker pickles Hot banana peppers 2 romaine lettuce leaves  Cut in half and enjoy a nice FP sandwich wrap while losing weight.  I enjoyed this with half of the apple pie smoothie.
