Surprise your family (and Santa) this Christmas Eve with Toffee Bits Cookies! Everyone looks forward to chocolate chip cookies during the holidays, but this easy recipe is made with HEATH BITS O’ BRICKLE Toffee Bits to add a little extra cheer to the chocolate chip.
Toffee Shortbread Meltaways *** 1 c butter, softened ~ 1/2 c icing sugar ~ 2 t vanilla ~ 1 3/4 c AP flour ~ 1/2 c corn starch ~ 3/4 t baking powder ~ 1 c Skor toffee bits ** Beat together butter, icing sugar & vanilla. Mix flour, corn starch & baking powder. Add butter to flour & combine, stir in toffee bits. Roll a tablespoonful of dough into balls & place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper about 2" apart. Bake at 350˚F for 12-15 min til lightly golden. Cool on pan for 5 min.
