Toffee Dip with Apples. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 8 oz pkg. softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup toffee bits. Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add toffee bits and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving. Serve with sliced apples.
