Air Fried TOFU  Ingredients:  1 block of tofu 100g panko (bread crumb) 1 egg 1/2 table spoon flour  salt pepper  Cut the tofu in to bite sizes, similar to a chicken mcnugget.  I could make 16 pieces of tofu from 1 block of tofu.  Beat the egg, add in flour and mix until smooth. Add in hint of salt and pepper for taste. Dip the tofu into the egg mix, take it out and then roll it around in panko.  Then I just put the tofu carefully into the airfryer and fried it for 10min.   I also got some…
