These delicious steak bites are so easy to make. They cook up in minutes! INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 Tablespoons dried basil 1 Tablespoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon black pepper 1-1/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
Butter seared sirloin on BigOven: This is my go to, never fail, always fabulous steak. Just a few ingredients is all you need to show case the flavor of the meat. Juicy and satisfying! Make sure you make an extra for lunch the next day. Just slice leftovers thinly and put on top of a spinach salad with blue cheese crumbles!
Chile Colorado Burritos These were really good. I used a slab of Top Sirloin steak. Wasn't a huge piece and still made enough for 8 burritos, which was plenty for three people. Instead of broiling them, I baked them in baking dish on 425 for about 20 minutes. I rolled up the burritos with meat/beans (you can add onion as well), put in the dish and then poured the excess sauce/meat from crock pot over the burritos, topped with 8oz bag shredded cheddar cheese.
