People are who they are supposed to be. if you are not comfortable in your own skin and how you look on the outside whats the point of living day to day life if you're unhappy. People don't get that. When changing their body parts or making their appearances to appear as another sex they are only trying to show the world who they are really supposed to be.
You know something I found interesting? Is how when people meet dogs, they'll say something like "He's so cute!" And the owner will shyly respond with "she's a girl, actually." And the person will apologize..."
