Civil War Tintype Photo of "Jacob Mullin" Handcock County, Indiana. Jacob Mullin fought in the United States Civil War for the Union Side. He was listed as being from Indiana. He was a Teamster B in the 8th Indiana Infantry. Their is an hand written inscription inside, but cannot totally make it all out. Photo size: 6th plate 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" .

Rare carte view of Almon D. Griffin of the famed 1st U.S.S.S. His enlistment began on November 11, 1861 serving as a musician. 3 days later he would muster into Co.F of the 1st United States Sharpshooters.  he would be wounded at Chancellorsville on May, 4th. He would survive and return to the unit only to be wounded once again at Cold Harbor on June 12, 1864. Almon would survive that wound as well but his time it was serious enough to earn a discharge for disability in October, 1864.
