Hyman Rickover (1900 – 1986) was a four-star admiral of the US Navy and the father of the US nuclear navy. All of our current nuclear navy, which includes 200 nuke subs and 23 nuke capital ships was developed because of his skill, political savvy and knowledge. He was a brilliant American who moved the US Navy far ahead of all of our enemies and competitors. During his record 63 years in the Navy, his team never had a single nuclear accident while developing/building nuclear powered ships.
