I used Kraft parmesan instead of fresh parm, and it ended up being so creamy and cheesy without actually adding any cream. Made this tonight! YUM! My Coho Salmon was on a bed of asparagus, used our own seasonings minus the pepper flakes and parsley, cooked at 375 for 25 mins and broiled for 3 mins, we had a .86 lb and cut it into two pieces, defiantly worth cooking!
