One of my favorite smoothies and how I lost my baby weight. 3/4 cup of almond milk, handful of spinach, 2table spoons of natural peanut butter, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, 1/2 banana and 3 handfuls of ice. Blend, and enjoy! Don't knock it before you try it!
if this isn't heaven i don't know what is STRAWBERRY PROTEIN ICE CREAM --- it's just 1/4 cup water, 1 cup ice, 1 cup strawberries, 30 grams vanilla whey protein powder and a sprinkle of cinnamon blended together for a minute.
