Becoming a vegetarian has helped me tremendously.  My blood pressure is down, My weight is down, and most of what I eat comes from the farmers markets which support local families.  It's also cheaper and the foods I eat are my medicine as well.  They prevent some illnesses and even help me get over a cold faster. #LiveConsciously
