Copycat Amy’s Veggie Loaf Dinner, I put this recipe into Weight Watchers but replaced the leak with onion, and used regular mushrooms, if you have 6 servings it equals 3 Weight Watchers points plus. Also use Pam instead of greasing the pan. The gravy is not included in the points.
