Healthy BAKED Carrot Fries -- cut into small strips or buy carrots (matchstick bag). Put them in a bowl and toss with of olive oil. Spread them on a baking sheet. Bake at for 30 minutes, flipping if needed. Add a bit of sea salt, if desired.
