I've discovered the miracle that is VINYL SPRAY PAINT! At least two coats needed ( the first coat dries hazy). I used Rustoleum brand, found at any home improvement store, cost between $4 and $6 dollars a can. I used a total of five cans on this leather chair. Then I used a Sharpie oil paint pen in metallic gold to go over the upholstery tack detail.
