Old Sawmill, Cass Scenic Railroad Photo Freight Special, W. Virginia. Cass Scenic Railroad State Park is a State Park located in Cass, Pocahontas County, West Virginia. At one time, the sawmill at Cass was the largest double-band sawmill in the world.
