Hot Chicken Salad: this stuff is so good! Makes a great dip w crackers or flatbread, wonderful on sandwiches & makes a great entree dish. Mix together: 2 T. lemon juice, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t pepper, 1 c celery, 1 c mayo, 1/2 c almonds, 2 c cooked chicken, 1 c sharp cheddar. Put in 9X 13 pan top with 2/3 c crushed potato chips. Bake 20 mins or bubbly.....
