Prime Rib....500 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn down to 200 degrees. rare when meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees. TRICK IS TO NEVER OPEN OVEN! I cooked at 14# prime rib for 6 hours....IT WAS DELICIOUS PERFECTION!!!
