Whey protein is THE BEST!!!! I have one shake in the morning and one shake either post-workout or at night. I mix one scoop of the double rich chocolate flavor into about 8 ounces of Silk almond milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Put in a blender and you have a healthy milkshake! I've taken this for over a year and it's one of the best changes I've made in my diet. It supports lean muscles and weight loss. Plus it's delicious. DO IT! Cheaper at GNC too and more flavors!
