This dapper young gentleman turns 67 today.  Born William Jefferson Blythe, III on August 19, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas, he's better known these days as the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton.

William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton, 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001 and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton (currently serving as the 67th United States Secretary of State).  In 1971 she began dating Bill when they were students at Yale.  They began living together that year and were married on October 11, 1975.
