Easy Recipe for Wine Making - Grape juice & sugar & yeast & balloon = wine. Timothy used the balloon method for his first attempt at #winemaking. Bread yeast works, but you'll be better off getting your hands on real #wine yeast (Montrachet).
Easy Country Wine Ingredients 3 cans of juice concentrate (it must be concentrate, not cocktail.) 3 cups of sugar 1/4 teaspoon yeast (plain old baking yeast is fine for this wine.) Water to just below the shoulder of the jug A latex balloon or ‘Bubbler’ Clean plastic milk/water jug or glass gallon wine jug
Used this recipe to make my first batch of mead. I will probably make a few more batches this way to see how it turns out and then start investing in some real homebrewing equipment. After reading several forums, this is supposed to work just fine to make it. http://www.makemead.net/easy-bread-yeast-mead-recipe.aspx
Quick and Easy Plum Wine | I’m excited to share how to make it, because it was so simple, quick and good. Most country wines require patience– but not this one! Using cider yeast really sped things up for me, and although not such a refined or strong wine, it’s completely delicious. @andhereweare
