I never get why women say they don't want to get "bulky". Unless you walk around flexed all day, you won't look "bulky" by lifting weights. Muscle looks amazing - flexed or unflexed.

I might skip the calf raises because I pretty much only walk on my toes 99.9% of the time. (High arches make you do that)
