Since Thanksgiving is a food marathon, I wanted appetizers that would set the tone without filling one up. These cranberry and brie wontons do just that. Tart cranberry sauce, creamy brie and aromatic sage fry quickly in a wonton wrapper. You can even make these a day ahead of time (believe me, I did…twice!) and reheat in a hot oven before serving. They will crisp back up and taste just as good as if they were fried on the spot. I PROMISE.
