These labels are perfect for the front of your students' unfinished work folders! Keep unfinished documents inside the folder with this label on it.Save downloaded labels to your computer. Using Microsoft Word (version 2008 or better), open a new document.
Whenever the sticky note loses it's sticky, you just quickly make a new one for whatever letter you need. I love it!
Sooo...I made some templates on my trusty MAC and viola, new making words folders! I also color coded the sticky note letters, to help my firsties remember the beginning middle, ending sounds, and digraphs when we make words together!
I put these in each student's morning work folders, and using the star as a starting place....students follow the arrows with their finger while quietly saying the name of the letter. Then repeating (looking at the picture if needed), saying the letter's sound or "a is for alligator...a-a-a" These are also laminated and in a center with dry erase pens.I hope this helps your student's in some way.
