First put down a layer of scar wax, blend into skin and create texture with a sponge, next carve the words out with a safety pin, and then paint inside the cuts with an extremely little brush and irritate the 'skin' with red cream paints!

I like the way this slit throat looks. It looks incredibly realistic and really effective. To create this I would use sculpt gel because I think it would be the best product to use as it will move naturally with the neck.
