My Favourite Yorkshire Pudding Recipe!!! Ingredients at room temperature: 2 cups flour 2 cups milk 6 eggs 1 tsp salt Mix with whisk. It's ok to leave a few lumps. If you're not going to use right away, keep at room temperature. I like the results better if the batter has sat for awhile. Put about 1/2 tsp. oil in muffin cups (bacon fat IS the best!). Heat pans in 400 F oven until very hot. Fill muffin cups about half full of batter and bake approx. 30 mins. never fails.

Yorkshire Pudding (perfect with Prime Rib)

Mum always made Yorkshire pudding with roast beef. It's best with Prime Rib and is perfect for soaking up the great Au Jus that the roast renders. Or just pour gravy over them. It's a super easy and delicious British treat!!

Popovers, the American version of Yorkshire pudding, are quick and easy to make; they add a sense of fun to any meal, from a holiday brunch to a simple supper.

Tom's all-time favourites: Toad in the hole

The day before you are planning to make your Toad In The Hole make your Yorkshire batter in advance, so it has a chance to rest. In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk together, then whisk this into the flour. If you have a few lumps, that's OK as they will break down overnight. Place in the fridge.
