Chadstone Shopping Centre, in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs, exactly as I remember it in the 1960s.
Melbourne's great eyesore, demolishing the 1960s Gas and Fuel Corporation buildings which obstructed a vista of heritage buildings along Flinders Street including St Paul's Cathedral to make way for Federation Square.
A train passes through flood waters under Chapel Street, South Yarra, in January 1907. The Imperial Hotel, seen on the left, is still in operation, on the corner of Palermo Street.
