MAGIC CRUST CUSTARD PIE. 1/4 c margarine; 4 eggs; 3/4 c white sugar; pinch salt; 2 c 2% milk; 2 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 c all-purpose flour. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to make its own crust. Variations: Add 1 c coconut for a coconut custard pie or add 1/4 to 1/3 c cocoa for a chocolate pie.
