Macaron’s my way in the Thermomix 30 g Blanched Almonds (or Almond meal) (This could be a mix of 30g pistachio and 100g almonds) 150 g Pure icing sugar (not soft icing sugar) 100 g Castor Sugar 100g egg whites (old ones if you can, approx 4 eggs are needed for this)
