Day 30/30 #FGSpringFit Challenge and it's raining!! But I'm not going to let a little rain stop me from training.This mornings workout was a 40min run followed by 250m swim. Loved the tropical rain shower that poured down to cool me off. Well done to all the gals who joined in the 30day Feel Good Spring Fit Challenge I loved seeing your pic updated on IG and FB, keep living a feel good lifestyle.

Went out riding this morning and followed a road to the end where we found this peaceful beautiful place called 'Lake Placid'. We stopped and sat on that rock for a break and it made me realise that... Riding can be like life, it is an adventure, can sometimes be really fast paced, tough climbing hills and you never know what's around the corner, so remember  to stop, breathe and appreciate life's beauties along the way.  Day 17/30
