"I wanted to share this with you all because without your amazing facilities this would never have happened. 8 weeks ago I took on a challenge. Today I finished it. I committed myself to 4:30am gym sessions 6 days a week and totally smashed it! Feeling pretty proud of myself. Bec did my measurements on Tuesday. In 8 weeks I have gained 3.5kg in muscle mass and my body fat has dropped from 19.7% to 12.8%" - Bec from Fernwood Ferntree Gully

Meet Fernwood Underwood member Karinda Law. She has come a long way since first coming to Fernwood. Karinda is self motivated and has changed her life through reaching small goals along the way. This has added up to an astounding overall weightloss journey of 26kg and 12% body fat; by attending our classes, participating in challenges and being committed to her weekly one on one Personal Training sessions.

I couldn't go another day dealing with the constant anguish & depression that my weight was causing me. I began to change things up throughout my daily routine very slowly, and eventually these changes became second-nature to me. There were so many days I would have rather stayed in bed, when it was raining and cold and whatever excuses I previously used. So many times I would have rather had a donut than a salad, but over time those little things added up, the persistence paid off and slowly I began to see a difference! And now look at me! I'm not even done yet, but I'm proud of how far I've come." - Lucia
