Very cool room! Here's a design tip: When using a bold color, such a red, you have to triangulate the color. By using just a touch of burnt orange in pillows on the sofa and the chair, and then on the counter top for the desk the designer has helped unify the entire room. "A room without a touch of red is like a woman without lipstick!" - Judy Thompson
The desk in this children's room has a small upholstered stool that can be swapped out for a larger seat as the child grows. The back of the built-in desk is a blue and white "cheesecloth" pattern that breaks up the neutrals.
