Bay of Bengal Deviled Eggs - Posted October 1, 2014 by Shalini Huntman - Classic deviled eggs with a YIAH twist. Ingredients 6 eggs, hardboiled 2 tbsp.s mayonnaise 4 tsp.s YIAH Bay of Bengal Curry Dip Mix Slice each egg in half lengthways. Carefully remove each yolk into a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, combine with the mayonnaise and Bay of Bengal Dip Mix. Pipe or spoon the mixture into each egg white. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate before serving. #yiah #eggs
