HERB AND CITRUS OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN - I sub the sugar for honey or agave nectar. 1 hour in the oven @ 400 degrees F if using boneless, skinless chicken (I prefer). Additional time needed for bone-in. Can prepare beforehand and marinade over night! After baked, transfer chicken to serving platter, pour the onion/ marinade mixture over top.
