Cheese Pie
I'm kind of shocked with the work to reward ratio of this pie. It’s a mix of a gibanica, a Serbian feta pie (which I made for the national dish day 16 btw!) and a Swedish Västerbotten pie, a custardy pie! You are going to be a real hit if you bring this to the picnic! Use whatever three cheeses you want! Also you can optionally char the spring onions before adding to the pie for additional smokiness :) 200g Feta, crumbled 200g Strong Cheddar, grated 200g Smoked gouda, grated One bunch spring onion, chopped 500g filo pastry 6 eggs 500ml milk 50g butter 3 cloves garlic Full recipe in the link below!
