Warm pesto and haloumi pasta salad.  YUM!  I cooked the cheese with the chopped capsicum and some spring onions.  I also doubled the quantity of pesto and sour cream but kept with only 2 TBSPNs of lemon juice.  I use 375 packet of vegeroni pasta to keep it colourful.

Oven-baked Vegetable Frittata.  This is 11 propoints per serve.  Perfect to make after a roast.  I usually do an extra tray of veges ready for the frittata the following night.

Meat pie - YUM.  Real hit with the whole family and can make so many variations with cheese, mushrooms, potato etc.  I made one large family size pie in our 20cm cake tin instead of individual ones.

Slow cooked chicken caccaitore.  Nice easy recipe, but try using white wine next time to see if this is an improvement.

Thai lamb and noodle salad.  I use the noodle salad all the time as a dish for BBQ's.  I use the prenzel's Asian oil instead of the peanut oil and lime juice.  Much cheaper than buying limes and still gives the Asian flavours.
