Warm pesto and haloumi pasta salad. YUM! I cooked the cheese with the chopped capsicum and some spring onions. I also doubled the quantity of pesto and sour cream but kept with only 2 TBSPNs of lemon juice. I use 375 packet of vegeroni pasta to keep it colourful.
Thai lamb and noodle salad. I use the noodle salad all the time as a dish for BBQ's. I use the prenzel's Asian oil instead of the peanut oil and lime juice. Much cheaper than buying limes and still gives the Asian flavours.
