Low Fodmap Arrabiata Sauce!  Notes: used 1/2 cup water no bacon jalapeno chili pepper used scallion greens added red pepper flakes for a more spicy sauce,  used immersion blender to smooth out sauce so it wasn't chunky. Tom gave this sauce 5 stars! said it was in the top 3 meals I've made :)
