Not practising is practising
I read once in regards to meditation, that not practising is practising. You may feel you've failed by having missed a day, a session or a payment, but having missed it reminds you of its value. You realise how much better you feel throughout the day from having meditated, so you pick up where you left off. This can be applied to any goal, so observe how you feel having missed a day, a session, a payment, rather than beat yourself up.
Choosing to say no to the IKEA ad
If I were just starting out in my business, I would have jumped at this chance but I’m up to my fourth year running florandorder and it’s been fantastic!
