How to get over a breakup | From E to You.
Minutes post breakup with a boy when I was 25, I was frantically trying to Google my way out of the pain: “How to get over a breakup,” had yielded many results, but none of them had helped me. That's why I wanted to write the article I wish I could've found. I hope it can help you, too. How I learned to feel okay | From E to You.
My relationship with grief has changed a lot over the past year. Namely, I have learned that I don't have to fear her presence, that often all she wants is to be acknowledged, accepted and comforted, especially when she's not sure why she's visiting in the first place. I've found the more I beg for her silence, the louder she wails.

"There are many people out there who, like me, would rather read a book than ride a motorbike. And that's okay. That doesn't mean I somehow don't measure up to be a motorbike-fiend's friend or partner; that simply highlights a different interest. And differences make our connections all the more colourful." Take time for yourself
