An Australian Classic - Muscat from Rutherglen. One of the world's great wines. Sadly, this bottle is now empty ! ! ! !
Hollick make terrific wines and this was no exception. Enjoyed, July 2014
A luscious semi-sweet Australian bubbly from the Moet et Chandon owned winery. It's a great favourite.
2010 Lawson's Dry Hills Gewurtz. A consistent winner from Blenheim, New Zealand. I've had many of these from various vintages and they're still a favourite.
Aix-En-Provence 2014 - a fine and delicious Gewurtz at "Les Deux Garcons" in Aix. Oh! The main course of Rabbit was fantastic
Moissac (France) 2014 - Had to resort to a little Champagne after the atrocious local wines just didn't "cut the Moutard."
Moissac (France) 2014 - A Midi-Pyrénées local offering and very tasty too!
1996 from Penfolds - Superb, fruity & dry. Enjoyed, July 2014
Petaluma 2002 From Coonawarra, Australia. Still delicious after all these years. Very Dry with tobacco/leather/dried fruit notes. Enjoyed, July 2014
Champagne Moutard - A birthday gift from a great friend and a lovely drop! Nice crisp, citrus notes; mouth filling and delicious. My first taste from this house; but hopefully not my last.
