Coach Dede doesn't have any allergies and so he is eating Flat Out multi-grain flatbread with the same ingredients as Whitney but he added string cheese. Soo yummy! And a perfect balance of protein, carbs, fat for a midday meal. Enjoy!!! All ingredients from Sprouts❤
