Gaeng Gai Bama, is an easy to prepare Chicken Curry from Mayanmar/Burma. This really take very little tiem to prepare and also very less number of ingredients. But the original dish calls for the use of a fermented fish paste , which according to me was too pungent for Indian or European, American or any other tastebuds. Hence I decided to recreate this dish with traditional Fish sauce. I hate to boast, but it came out wonderfully, now it's your turn to prepare and judge for yourself.
