South-West National Park, Tasmania. Taken deep in the remote, snake infested wilderness of South West Tasmania. We spent 4 days camped on this alpine plateau photographing this unique and fragile environment. Also this is my first posted image from my new Sony A7R and 16-35 f/4 combo, and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality, sharpness and dynamic range this little thing puts out!
About an hour’s drive from the Coastal town of Bridport, lays an incredibly colourful lake, adequately named the "Little Blue Lake". Located near the township of Gladstone and Derby, the unusually turquoise water, is believed to be caused by the high mineral count seeping from the sediment around the lake. #discovertasmania #mining #tasmania Image Credit: Thomas Gray
