I don't think I looked terrible but I remember that I felt terrible. Inside and out. I fell in love with this lifestyle because it transformed my mindset. It has allowed me to feel better about myself, to have energy, to give up fast food & 3 large Coke's in a styrofoam cup daily. I feel better. I'm happy. I'm confident. When the first photo was taken, I could never have said that. #transformationtuesday
